Adam’s Malaysian Noodles is owned and operated by Adam, a Malaysian chef. He has been involved in the culinary industry since 2001 and upon his relocation to Wellington pursued a cookery certification. His restaurant features a mouth-watering menu dominated by popular noodles dishes from Singapore and Malaysia. The restaurant started with a single stall in 2015 and now has several branches within the country including the Christchurch food stall. Among his famous creations is Adam’s version of the Char Kuey Teow or stir-fried broad rice noodles. Adam uses a mix of Thailand rice noodles and locally made wheat noodles instead of just rice noodles.
