Fairfield Bridge
Fairfield Bridge is an iconic landmark in the Hamilton community of the Waikato region. It was constructed in 1937 by Waikato County. The initial construction phase drew varying opinions from the public related to the suitability of the project. At present, it is one of the most heavily trafficked bridges in Hamilton. The landmark covers the River Road going all the way to the east bank of the Waikato River and finally the western portion of Victoria Street. It’s tied arch structure has been a well-known landmark in Hamilton and is one of the largest reinforced concrete bridges in New Zealand.

Hamilton Lake Domain
Hamilton Lake Domain has a scenic walking trail laid out in the middle of Hamilton city. It serves numerous hikers and runners daily. The spot is a well-known landmark stretching to a 3.8 km area dominated by a lush lakeside vegetarian, boardwalks, grassed parklands, playground and a cafe. Classics Museum
Classics Museum was founded by Tom, a car enthusiast and collector. The popular landmark is home to more than 100 classic cars and accessories collected from various eras. It has pedal cars, vintage toys, and petrol memorabilia like oil bottles, enamel signs, tins, and pumps. The 1918-1987 section contains vintage vehicles like the Cadillac, Auburn, Belair, a 1937 Bedford bus, and the three-wheeled Messerschmidt. Its most popular item is the 1937 Bugatti vehicle, one of the three vehicles ever manufactured in that era.

Taitua Arboretum
Taitua Arboretum is a must-see for people visiting Hamilton. The tourist attraction offers a relaxing retreat for individuals and families. John and Bunny Mortimer were behind the construction and initial operation of the botanical garden. They planted shrubs and trees in 1973 that offered shelter to many animals present in the area. This continued with the addition of more native trees and plants. At present, the arboretum has a luscious network of exotic trees occupying 20 hectares of land with a lake, woodland garden, and open pastures.
