Volare Restaurant is a Tauranga-based food establishment specializing in Italian cuisines. It was established in 1996 and initially started operating in a spot formerly home to a florist shop. A few more years and the consistent support of the dining public prompted them to relocate to a bigger spot just a few blocks away from their original shop. The year 2004 signalled the birth of Volare Restaurant in an old building on The Strand. After a thorough renovation and transformation work, the old building obtained a renewed beauty. Our table wasn’t ready immediately, so we waited at the bar.
