Mr Brandon Hitchcock – Grace Hospital
Brandon Hitchcock obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1985. He had his surgical training with a specialization in Otolaryngology and later on granted membership to the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1998. Brandon followed this with a fellowship in Glasgow Scotland with extensive training focused on cosmetic and functional nasal surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery. Mr Tim Mathews – Grace Hospital
Tim Mathews earned his undergraduate degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Cape Town in 1975. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) in 1984 after obtaining his diploma in Anaesthetics. Tim had a thesis about Cholesteatomas and this lead to his Master of Medicine degree and subsequently a membership to the Fellow of the College of Surgeons of South Africa (FCS) of South Africa. Mr Peter Sherwen – Grace Hospital
Peter Sherwen is a Hamilton native that graduated from Auckland Medical School and had his training in England and Canada. His training is focused on head and neck surgery called Otolaryngology. He returned to New Zealand as a Tutor Specialist at Dunedin Public Hospital in 1986 and a clinical lecturer to the University of Otago. Peter relocated to the Bay of Plenty region in the same year to fulfil a consultant position at the Tauranga Hospital. Mr Wouter-Jan Ten Cate – Grace Hospital
Wouter-Jan Ten Cate worked for the University of Florida particularly in the Ear Research Laboratories after gaining his medical degree from the Netherlands.
