It was made from local malted grains and a mix of NZ botanicals like the Gisborne orange, Otago lavender, and the East Coast Manuka berries and leaves. At present, The Spirits Workshop Distillery hosts distillery tours from 11 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
