Fork and Brewer

Fork and Brewer were conceptualized in New Zealand and constructed in 2011 in China. The Wellington-based brewery was custom built which allows the entire team to brew approximately 1,000 litres of high-quality beer. Dion Page manages the installation and development while Kelly Ryan assumes the post of the head brewer. With their combined expertise, Fork & Brewer had introduced a lovely collection of beers to the country and occasionally accepts collaboration with visiting brewers for special occasions and seasonal products. They house both the Base Isolator APA and Gold Medal Famous Golden Ale.

Double Vision Brewing just started 3 years ago but already is receiving lots of love from the community. The brewery was established by a group of friends and drinking buddies named Harry, Mario, Evarn, and Warren. They conceptualized the idea of Home Brewery in Wellington making sure that it complies with the traditional way of brewing. Their brewing process does not solely focus on the original recipe but instead, the group tweaks the process a bit to obtain that unique flavour. The brewery can be found at a 320 sqm industrial warehouse near the Mary Potter’s Hospice and the Weta Cave.
