“One week after experiencing a sudden hearing loss and having seen a nurse and a GP it was not until I saw Cindy that anyone made me aware of the urgency of commencing any treatment that may have a chance of improving my hearing. I’m very grateful for that and, as a result, was able to see an ENT specialist the next day. Cindy is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in her profession and I particularly appreciated that she arranged a home visit to test my hearing very promptly after I contacted her.
